Natural Awakenings Webstore Return Policy
1. Returns must be pre-approved by customer service to obtain an RA number.
2. Original packaging required for returns; must be in original, re-sellable condition.
3. Modified, damaged or abused product will not be accepted.
4. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
5. Returns must be made within 10 days of original shipment.
6. Damaged, shorted or incorrect shipment claims must be reported within 3 days of product delivery.
7. Returns made due to incorrect address or customer refusal will be subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to shipping charges.
8. Refunds are issued in the same payment method as order was originally paid.
